Tyr Tactical is a newcomer on the block (very new), and normally I wouldn't pay them much attention, but I think their gear would be perfect for paintballers (at a glance anyways).
While expensive at the moment, as they are catering to those that need genuine (i.e. bullet resistant) protection, I think their mobility during use and excellent aesthetic could be easily (and profitably) adapted to milsim paintball/airsoft use. In addition to that, they claim to make some pretty tough stuff from a substance called Pluma Vires. BTW, Pluma Vires (latin) translates to "feather force".
Tip of the hat to Soldier Systems for being Tyr's harbinger.
